• Account information — such as your name, email address or phone number, and sign-in identifiers when you create an account.
• Learning preferences and progress — your native language, the language you are learning, level, lesson history and settings.
• Voice and conversation data — audio you speak during sessions and the resulting transcripts, used to understand you and give feedback.
• Purchase information — subscription and purchase status. Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play; we do not receive or store your full card details.
• Device and usage data — device type, operating system, app version, crash logs and in-app activity, used to keep the Service reliable and improve it.

2. How we use information

• To provide lessons, process your speech, and generate tutor responses and corrections.
• To track progress and personalise your learning path.
• To manage accounts, subscriptions and customer support.
• To measure and improve the Service, including through aggregated analytics and app-install attribution.
• To keep the Service secure and comply with legal obligations.

3. Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the Service, including cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services), database hosting, speech recognition, AI language and text-to-speech processing, analytics, and app-store payment processing. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to deliver their services.

4. We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your voice recordings for advertising.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and then delete or anonymise it unless we must keep it for legal reasons.
